If you receive a gift card that is defective, invalid, or not as described:

  • We will review your request and may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund if we confirm the defect or error lies with us.

5. Limited Right to Cancel

Because digital gift cards are delivered instantly and become usable at the time of delivery, the right to cancel as afforded for physical goods under consumer law is limited. Once your card is delivered and activated, we cannot permit a refund or cancellation.

If a refund is approved, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
